USB Device :no driver found

my pendrive was working properly,last night i format my pen-drive & reinserted & it says that no driver found for ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ USB Device.i used this pendrive in other system eith different OS but the problem is same..no disk is showing ...please help me ...what to do

It's dead, throw it in the bin and go buy a new one.
