    i have 6 gb and only 4.67gb is usable why is this the (4.67gb) usable only came up recently

    According to your system specs, you're running a 32-bit version of Windows. You shouldn't even be able to see more than about 3.5GB of physical RAM...so I'm a bit confused. Do you in fact have 6GB of RAM installed in your PC?
