Ok, so not sure how often this topic comes up, but here it is again.
I have a Wacom Intous 4 and any one who knows wacom, they have these stupid animated rings that show up that nobody wants.
I was able to turn it off, some long time ago when I first got it. Now, all of a sudden the damn rings came back... I did not touch any settings or did I change any settings.
I'm super annoyed by these rings... I guess I wouldn't be as much IF they didn't cause some problems such as :
1. when I try to click on an icon / program on the taskbar (You know, the thing that holds all the programs -- internet, messengers, music player etc.) it actually holds and drags it when I move my pen. Yes, I did pick u my pen, so it shouldn't be holding the icon. (not sure if the first problem makes sense to anyone)
2. When I'm hovering my pen over the tablet to use, I use the SHIFT, ALT and CTRL keys for drawing and other various tasks. Next to the cursor, it tells me which keys I'm holding down, and I don't want that 'cause I know which damn keys I'm holding down.
3. When I'm drawing, the strokes become very "sticky". When I pick up my pen to draw a new line, I get this stroke of ink on my canvas that I did not want. So technically, I "dragged" my pen to draw that line, when I actually didn't.
All of this happens when the rings are activated, and when they were disabled, none of these problems happened.
Yes, I did try to do some of the old tricks to get the rings turned off -- turn off press and hold option, turn off and disable Tablet PC Input, etc.
Is anyone having this problem?
Can someone try and help me anyway??
Please and thank you~
