How to figure out the power supply wattage for building a pc

Alright I'm planning on building a computer
And I'm right now learning how to build a computer
The motherboard I'm going to buy is a gigabyte GA-H61M-USB3-B3
And the cpu I'm going to use is a intel core i3-2100
