8GB Ram found - 3.25gb usable ? Hey,
Title says it all, I'm using 32 bit windows 7 and i know there have been problems but i just want conformation.
Motherboard, ram and cpu are all new, no hardware faults or bent pins etc...
Is there any way to unlock the full 8gb of ram ? or will i need windows 64 bit for this to happen?
Thanks in advance =D

You already have a valid license for Windows 7, so there's no need to buy anything new. You just need to get the media. Borrow it from a friend, or do some Google searching. There are valid, Microsoft-owned sites, that you download the .iso image from. I'd post a link, but the mods do delete those comments. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 CPU Intel Core i7-2600 Motherboard Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3P-B3 Memory 12 GB Patriot Extreme DDR3-1333 Graphics Card Nvidia GTX 470 Monitor(s) Displays Dell UltraSharp 2209WA PSU OCZ ModStream 700W Case CoolerMaster HAF 912 Advanced Cooling CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus Hard Drives OCZ Agility3 240 GB, WD5001AALS, WD7501AALS |
