Touchpad not functioning properly when I boot my computer... When I boot up my computer or resume from sleep mode, the touchpad doesn't function properly. By this I mean it only scrolls horizontally and vertically and this is the case for the first few minutes it's on, after then, though, it's fine. I have tried reinstalling Windows and installing the latest touchpad driver. The last thing I want to do is send my laptop to the manufacturer's repair centre as this will take about 10 days and I honestly cannot live without my laptop (a problem, I know). Has anyone got any suggestions? |
