Why not an Intel CPU? Do you already have the AM3+ mobo and are sticking with it? Or are you just an AMD supporter that will avoid Intel at all costs. I will probably buy an Intel CPU in the future, seen as AMD has failed me. But for right now, I only have enough money for a new CPU (The extra money was for a backup motherboard). | My System Specs | | OS Ultimate x64 SP1 CPU AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Motherboard Asus M4A89GTD Pro Memory Corsair XMS3 8GB DDr3 1600MHz Graphics Card XFX AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB (Shaders Unlocked) Sound Card Asus Xonar DX Monitor(s) Displays Acer V243HAObd Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Mionix Zibal 60 Mouse Mionix Naos 5000 PSU Cooler Master GX650 Case Silverstone Raven 3 RV03B-W Cooling Akasa AK-CCX-4002HP Venom Hard Drives Seagate 320GB - WD Caviar Black 1TB @ SATA III 6Gb/s - WD Caviar Blue 500GB SATA-III 6Gb/s Internet Speed 31+MB/s Down, 3+MB/s Up Other Info Roccat Kave Solid 5.1 Headphones, Blue Yeti microphone and Mionix Alioth 400 mousemat. |

im loyal to intel, only ever built 2 AMD rigs, one was an aging Duron 1.4ghz based device and more recently my media pc using AMD E350 all in one mobo, but apart from the fact it says AMD on boot up ive never thought about the difference | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Built by badgers!!!
