How to merge two Unallocated blocks on 3tb USB 3.0 drive

I'm new. Thanks for all your help. I bought a new Hitachi USB 3.0 drive with 3tb for backups. I installed BounceBack Ultimate as my backup software. It began setting up my Hitachi and ended up creating several partitions. I've tried to extend the primary partition to grab all the unallocated space with no luck. Following is my setup and a view of my computer management screen.

Dell Studio XPS 9100, Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. Disk 0 is an original installation. Disks 2 and 3 are USB. Disk 2 is the problem drive. Thanks, again.
