how to view or change PS/2 polling rate?

i have read that ps/2 polling rate can go up to 200hz (if you wonder why, it is for a mechanical keyboard) but i could not find a way to view or change the polling rate.

there is a tool named ps2rate but it seems that it does not work on windows 7.
is there a way to view or change the rate?

thanks

thanks but this one is for usb. anyway it doesn't matter anymore because i have read that keyboard on ps/2 actually use interrupts and not polling rate so basically they get to be faster than usb.
