Unlocking my Phenom X2 to X4, is it safe?

Hello, my motherboard's max TDP is 95watts, my cpu is is a Phenom X2 565 @3400, when i unlock it to a X4 the max TDP is 160watts. If i leave it running unlocked, shall it be safe?

Possibly a bug/glitch in CPUz, seeing as most things have a problem reading unlocked cores. Main thing is what kind of CPU temps (not core temps) are you getting before and after unlocking? If there is little to no change, then I wouldn't worry about it.

My individual core temps show up as 0c at times and then today it read the temps, but the temps stayed at the same 8c lol. Although overall cpu temp reading remains fine.

Then, I'd be concerned about the REAL temps of the cores. I've got and AMD six-core 1090T and the coolest it ever gets is around 25C. Unless you're doing liquid cooling, and even then, with refrigerated liquid, I'd not believe a core temp of 8C.
