Windows 7 - Installing a new MB (Mobo).

Windows 7 64Bit Ultimate Edition SP1
 
 

Installing a new MB (Mobo).

When i decide to install a new mobo, would i have to reinstall Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit that i am running.?

Yes, Based on past experience, The motherboard drivers, video and network along with usb drives are not the same as your old motherboard.

To make sure that you have a clean system, it would be much better to completely format and install windows.
