Look for a Bluetooth Icon in the task monitor down by the clock. Or even in control panel. If you find one that may let you run a utility to help connect your Bluetooth device. I'm pretty sure my laptop has one that is installed with the Bluetooth drivers. I'm on my desktop right now, it does have a Logitech wireless trackball but that uses the Unifying driver and dongle and the setup is accessed though Setpoint.

Also go to Control Panel/Device Manager and see if you have a beside anything there. If so Right Click it and choose Update Driver. If that fails, Choose Uninstall, Delete Driver and reboot to see if Windows can reload it.
