Windows 7 - I cannot find a good combination to have a working system like before

I have a similar issue but is better to explain you in details.
My system:
CPU: Intel i72600k
Motherboard: Asus P8P67
Ram: 8G GSkil 1333
Power supply: Corsair TX650W
Video: ATI 5770 1G RAM MSI
Storage: 2xSDD Corsair Force 60G, 1 WD Blue 1T
Sata controller: Asmedia ASM1061

As you see I have a Raid 0 on 2xSSD, with Windows 7. (this works on Intell controller)
I took recentrly an Asmedia ASM1061 Sata 3 Pci-e card for being able to use the storage hdd and DVDROM. Sata 2 ports just failed rcently due to known bug on first motherboards for i72600k.

On storage hdd I've installed a new Windows 7 because I needed to have acces somehow to my storage data.

The point is, on original win 7 (raid 0), I cannot see my hdd and DVD and Win 7 doesn't recognize this new hardware Asmedia.
On the second window7, installed on hdd, Asmedia is imediately recognized and a generic driver is installed. So I can see everything from this System. But is useless to use this config, as long as I have a raid 0 on SSD, which is much faster but the problem is that I cannot have access to my storage hdd and dvd.

As you can it is just a Windows 7 stupid limitation or incompatibility.
Why I connected my complaint with this forum discution? Because in the good win 7 I see that "Standard AHCI 1.0 Serial ATA Controller". But in the raid system it doesn't appear.
As long as I do not see this AHCI I think I'll not be able to see my storage hdd and dvd.

Why I used Asmedia since I have also Marvell controller? Because in Marvell is exactly teh same story..Win 7 installed on hdd using Marvell can see my raid system...but is useless...I want my main system on raid to see everything.
Notice that everyhting was ok when I used old Sata 2 ports for hdd and dvd. But they failed recentrly to the the Intell known bug. So remained with 6 porst Sata3 (2 Asmedia on pci-e, 2 marvell, 2 intell) and I cannot find a good combination to have a working system like before my sata2 ports crash.

What do you say guys? Can someone help me?
