Best choice for RAM?

Hi;

I built a Win 7 Pro x64 system this past summer and I want to max out the system with the best possible RAM for what I've built. Looking for your best recommendations that won't fry the MB or CPU.

System is:

Win 7 Pro x64
Intel Core i7-950 @ 3.06
Asus Rampage III formula MB
Radeon HD 6950 Graphics
1250 W pwr

Core i7 suggests DDR3 at 800 or 1066
Rampage III MB can take much better.

Was considering Corsair - looking for 6 pcs. 3 channel. 4gb memory - but don't see many kits out there. What's the best recommendation you have for the above. Price not an issue, but frying the system would be. Best performance / long term use.

Thanks in advance,

Drew.
