Windows 7: Questions about Installing SSD on a Custom PC

I plan on using the Paragon Migrate program. However, I just installed my SSD into my case/chassis and connected it to my Motherboard. When I enter into BIOS and into the Boot Sequence, I can't find the SSD but when I went into the Hardrives in BIOS I see that the SSD is currently my second disk. Is this normal?

Also When I logged on Windows 7 and checked on "my computers". It also doesn't seem that the SSD is there. Is all this normal?

EDIT: Ok I just migrated my OS. Now there is another drive called "System Reserved (E)". What is this file? Can I get rid of it?

Look here to remove it.

System Reserved Partition - Delete

It's a very small partition that contains your boot files. Most people just ignore it.

It can be avoided during a clean install by using the Diskpart command.

Thanks for all the replies guys, it really helped me out!

A few more questions though.

I did the Migrate program again because I actually wanted some stuff to stay back on the HDD but now it seems I have two System Reserved Drives. Should this be normal?

Also is there a way for the SSD to only be used for booting Windows 7 and everything else I download goes straight to the HD?

Hope you guys can help.
