Windows 7: Cannot access/format external hard drive, please help

I'm somewhat confused. In your first post you said your disk was 750GB. Both Disk Management and Diskpart show it as 5589GB. According to my calculations that comes out to be over 5TB.

Well that's part of the problem, doesn't even recognize the size. Yesterday night I install that drive back (again) and I tried to format it with a Win 7 CD like if I was gonna install windows back again to it and when I got to the format part where you set up the partitions, I erase all the partitions and tried to create one only partition and then format it... Didn't work at all in fact it gave me an error saying that it is impossible to install anything anymore. The worse is.that before that windows was booting perfectly from that HDD and the size.was. 750 GB | | My System Specs | | OS Windows Home Premium 64 bit
