Windows 7: Device Manager has a list of Unknown printers

There are 20 or so printer listed in the unknown devices in device manager. I have never connected to these printers. I disabled all of them, but how do I delete them?

First try looking for them in control panel>programs and uninstall all that you find. Ensure none are connected to your computer. Then go into print management and double-click all printers, then RIGHT-click the printer you want to delete, and click delete:
