I'm in the process of trying to track down Windows 7 64-bit
drivers for your printer.
In the meantime you might want to check the user manual, for which you'll need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The Windows 7 Compatibility Center doesn't appear to have the Dell V310 listed so we may have a problem finding
drivers for it.

I don't know where you live, but even Dell's US site doesn't have the V310 listed, and of the all-in-ones that are listed, they only have Linux (Ubuntu)
drivers.

The nearest I could find was the Dell V305 all-in-one printer.

I think you may be faced with changing your printer or just use what you've got for the Windows Vista 32-Bit computer, and then buying a Windows 7 64-bit compatible printer, which doesn't have to be a Dell.
If you want to save on ink cartridges, Kodak is your answer.
