Need Help some advice , Please !

Hi Um.. I have problem with extra memory ram 2GB added on my 785GM-E51 motherboard which mean that they said dual channel ? mean that I must have to buy dual channel memory ram or normal ? because when I put two of 2x 2GB total 4GB with Memory ram that got me crash BSOD blue death ... I dont understand why with it ? I dont want mess up with BIOS setting and not sure how to fix it for my 785GM-E51 motherboard ... it took me few hour and crash wont work out with 4gb into memory slot that they have 4 slot of memory slot which it is two black and two blue on it .. I dont know why and not sure what wrong with it .. please help ! thanks !

Here is your motherboard information from the manufacturer:

MSI Global - Computer, Laptop, Notebook, Desktop, Mainboard, Graphics and more

Here is the required memory specification:

Supports four unbuffered DIMM of 1.5 Volt DDR3 800/1066/1333/1600*(OC) DRAM, 16GB Max

I would make sure that the memory meets the above specification and I would try it in both blue slots or in both black slots.

Here is the list of qualified memory modules:

If possible, I would use memory that appeared on the above list, but other memory may work if it meets the specifications of unbuffered 1.5 Volts DDR3 800 or 1066 or 1333.

do I have to follow them for my bios setting on my 785GM - E51 ... i did check MSI .. look fine to me .. but I need to know if I setting with it.. then I can add other stick to put in my memory slot #2

ignatzatsonic answered your question, but remember to buy RAM which also matches your other RAM stick's clock (in MHz) or system instability might be caused.
