Windows 7 - File Record Segmant xxxx is unreadable??

| | File Record Segmant xxxx is unreadable?? gettin this error on a laptop im tryin to fix. dose it mean the hard drive is gone? It done a check disk on start up and has booted now after a bout 15 mins. also it was deleting index files aswell? any ideas?? |
