My new HP LaserJet Pro CM1415nfw all-in-one printer software will not load completely on my desktop computer. The desktop is a Dell Inspiron 560 running Windows 7 Professional. It stops at the 71% mark and quits, giving the following error message: "Error Message: A problem occurred while preparing to install software. Please restart your computer, and run this installer again. If the problem persists, please check the product support web site for your product. MSIExec command: /i"C\CM1410_MFP_Series Basic Solution\Setup\Core\SIPM_64|HpTcpMon64.msi" /qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress Path: <empty> Return code: 1603" I have updated the firmware and software. The same all-in-one software loaded fine on my older notebook running Windows XP and works fine.
