Windows 7, winload.exe error:0x00000e9, Boot failure

Everytime I turn on my computer and it asks me to select what windows to load (vista, 7 (I Don't have dual boot set up though??) and I do Windows 7, it does not Boot and gives me the winload.exe error message in my title. I have read alot here but been unable to fixc the problem, maybe hard disk? Help would be great.

I have a M3A32-MDP, AMD Phenom II quad840, two maxstore 300gb hard disk set up for RAID1

Please read through this thread: Windows 7, winload 0x00000e9 I/O error . You will get a list of diagnostic tests you could try to see if the hard drive is recoverable. For that OP the replacing the hard drive was his solution.

The first things to try is to run CHKDSK /R from a command prompt in Windows. Then run a hard drive diagnostic program - one downloaded from the hard drive manufacturer that boots from a CD - to test the drive.

You want to determine whether the hard drive is bad or the Windows 7 installation is bad.
