Windows 7: BDOD intermittent... error with NTKRAMP.EXE ???

While I'm waiting for BSOD utility software to create the report, I will post my problem

I got BSOD problem intermitently. I install the software WhoCrashed to diagnose the problem and it came back with

Probably an error with NTKRPAMP.exe



Any idea on how i could resolve this problem?

i think NTKRPAMP.exe is a windows kernel file.

my first guess is hardware fault, more than probable RAM.
