no "bass management" option in creative audigy 2 zs notebook software

So I recently tried installing my old Creative Audigy 2 ZS notebook (pcmia) card into my Lenovo t400. I then tried using the sound card with my Logitech Z-5500 speakers without a control pod since it broke. I used this cord instead of the pod:

Everything works except the sub woofer, there is zero sound coming from it. Ive looked in many other forums and they say to activate a "bass management" option however this option doesn't exist in any of the software provided (Creative Audio Console was the only software installed after I installed the driver). I downloaded the Windows 7 compatible Creative driver from Creative's website and tried reinstalling everything with no luck. I also tried installing other applications provided by Creative hoping that this bass management option would show itself. I have Windows 7 32 bit. Help!
