The only place you can currently make a new partition is within the "logical partition"--drive E.
Your alternative is to get rid of some of the other partitions.
You could expand your C drive to take up that unallocated space, but you can't turn the unallocated space into a new partition---unless you delete some of your other partitions. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Ignatz Special; 4 speed manual gearbox; factory air conditioning; one of one OS Windows 7 SP1, Home Premium, 64-bit CPU Intel Sandy Bridge i5-2500, not overclocked Motherboard Gigabyte H67A-UD3H-B3, full ATX Memory 4 GB Crucial DDR3-1333 Graphics Card none; graphics are integrated on CPU Sound Card onboard: Realtek ALC892; external: USB Behringer UF0-202 Monitor(s) Displays NEC 90GX2-BK 19" LCD Screen Resolution 800 x 640 Keyboard Leopold Tenkeyless with Cherry Blue switches, USB Mouse Logitech or Microsoft optical wired; either USB or PS 2 PSU Seasonic SS-560KM, modular Case Antec Solo II Cooling CPU: Scythe Big Shuriken; Case: Scythe Slipstream 800 & 500 Hard Drives System: Intel 320 Series SSD, 80 GB;

Ok What about this .. I delete ( E : ) partition .. will that give me one unallocated space ? And then i make it new volume and then i divide it into 2 partitions .. Could that work ?? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP Pavilion dv6 3300 Notebook PC OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Intel core i5 M480 2.67 GHz Memory 4096 MB RAM Graphics Card Switchabel Intel HD Card With ATI Mobility Radeon 6550 HD Monitor(s) Displays 15.6 LED Screen Resolution 1366 x 768 Hard Drives 500 GB Sata drive Internet Speed 1 MB |

If you delete E, that should give you about 380 GB of unallocated space.
Then make a LOGICAL drive of the entire 380 GB space.
Then make as many partitions as you want to inside that new logical drive. Logical drives do not have that limitation on the number of partitions. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Ignatz Special; 4 speed manual gearbox; factory air conditioning; one of one OS Windows 7 SP1, Home Premium, 64-bit CPU Intel Sandy Bridge i5-2500, not overclocked Motherboard Gigabyte H67A-UD3H-B3, full ATX Memory 4 GB Crucial DDR3-1333 Graphics Card none; graphics are integrated on CPU Sound Card onboard: Realtek ALC892; external: USB Behringer UF0-202 Monitor(s) Displays NEC 90GX2-BK 19" LCD Screen Resolution 800 x 640 Keyboard Leopold Tenkeyless with Cherry Blue switches, USB Mouse Logitech or Microsoft optical wired; either USB or PS 2 PSU Seasonic SS-560KM, modular Case Antec Solo II Cooling CPU: Scythe Big Shuriken; Case: Scythe Slipstream 800 & 500 Hard Drives System: Intel 320 Series SSD, 80 GB;

This is indeed a very strange configuration. Your unallocated space is tagged as Primary space. I suspect it is couching because you have already 3 primary partitions and one extended partition.
What you could do without any damage is to change the C partition to Logical. For that you need the bootable CD of Partition Wizard (last entry on the webpage) | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP, Dell, Gateway - 2 laptops and 2 desktops OS Vista and Windows7, sometimes Ubuntu and Fedora CPU from 1.6GHz Duo to 2.5GHz Quad Monitor(s) Displays 2x HP w2207 Keyboard with trackball - no mices Mouse terrible devices, who wants them Hard Drives 5x HDD, 2x SSD, 6x Externals Internet Speed DSL 6000 |

Hey ,
I downloaded a program called EaseUS Partition Master .
It simply transforms the unallocated space into a partition ..
And this is how it looks now in disk management :
I hope it goes well now .
Thanks ignatzatsonic & whs for your help . | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP Pavilion dv6 3300 Notebook PC OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Intel core i5 M480 2.67 GHz Memory 4096 MB RAM Graphics Card Switchabel Intel HD Card With ATI Mobility Radeon 6550 HD Monitor(s) Displays 15.6 LED Screen Resolution 1366 x 768 Hard Drives 500 GB Sata drive Internet Speed 1 MB |

Yeah, that's fine--although I don't think you needed to download an application to do it. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Ignatz Special; 4 speed manual gearbox; factory air conditioning; one of one OS Windows 7 SP1, Home Premium, 64-bit CPU Intel Sandy Bridge i5-2500, not overclocked Motherboard Gigabyte H67A-UD3H-B3, full ATX Memory 4 GB Crucial DDR3-1333 Graphics Card none; graphics are integrated on CPU Sound Card onboard: Realtek ALC892; external: USB Behringer UF0-202 Monitor(s) Displays NEC 90GX2-BK 19" LCD Screen Resolution 800 x 640 Keyboard Leopold Tenkeyless with Cherry Blue switches, USB Mouse Logitech or Microsoft optical wired; either USB or PS 2 PSU Seasonic SS-560KM, modular Case Antec Solo II Cooling CPU: Scythe Big Shuriken; Case: Scythe Slipstream 800 & 500 Hard Drives System: Intel 320 Series SSD, 80 GB;
