Tried to install HP printer but keep getting don't have permission

Guys/Gals, I did clean install and tried to install my HP printer but keep getting don't have permission from Administrator to install. The thing is, I'm the only user on this pc and I don't know how to get permission. I've tried to install it 3-4 times with same results but on a couple occasions it says I have wrong OS too. Do I need to start new thread on this problem or is it considered problem with Admin too? Thanks

Have you tried (temporarily) turning off User Account Control ?

Start - Control Panel - User Accounts - Change User Account Control Setting - Never Notify

personally, I have it turned off 24/7

...or try right-clicking on the installer program >> properties >> compatibility >> tick the 'run this program as an admin' box

and are you sure you have the right driver for your os? is it one for 32 bit windows 7?
