Everything prints out as crl characters.
Printing from Google there is no problem.
Printing from Webmail also no problem.

What can I do.

Moonyean,
you must open an email before it can be printed.

If doing what Roderunner say's to do doesn't work. Try uninstalling the program and trying reinstalling it. As when you did a register clean, some thing might have messed up with a registery key for that program. Uninstalling and reinstalling might help your problem.

I have never heard of Ctrl Codes, so can't help.
You could, after opening the email you want to print, copy the text and paste into Wordpad, then use the Snipping Tool to do the pictures, then print. Set Snipping Tool like this.
