    list disk

how many disks? I assume 1 for the moment

    diskpart
    list vol
    sel dis 0
    list part
    sel dis 1
    lis part

    tell me the results

And tell me exactly what happens when starting pc normally. Does it try to startup windows normally and enters "recovery environment" automatically? Or did you select "recovery" from bootmenu?

Do you see recovery environment loading by a progress bar or something like that? Did it ask for a current windows installation and did you select one? Or couldn't it find one? Did you see options like "startup repair" , "command prompt"?

    Please explain what happens

    diskpart
    lis vol

    --------
this will give you something like this:
    DISKPART> lis vol
Volume ### Ltr Label FS Type Grootte Status Info
    ---------- --- ----------- ----- ---------- ------- --------- --------
    volume 0 Z DVD-ROM 0 B Geen medi
    volume 1 S DVD-ROM 0 B Geen medi
volume 2 C System NTFS partitie 113 GB In orde Systeem
volume 3 D Data NTFS partitie 352 GB In orde
    DISKPART>
    ----------------
All partitions are healthy or "In orde" in dutch? All are NTFS?

    diskpart
    sel dis 0
    list part

How many partitions? All type=primary? If not, tell me the partition numbers and their type

This is a long shot, but could you check to see if there is a disk in the CD/DVD drive?

Here is some tutorials to clarify and help you do what Kaktussoft is suggesting:

To get to the advanced boot option screen:
    Advanced Boot Options
And then select "Repair Your Computer"

To get to a command prompt once inside :
    System Recovery Options
    And then choose "Command Prompt"

Then you can follow Kaktussoft's directions.
    Hope that helps
