Windows 7: PC takes too long to bios POST.

sometimes it's fast... but most of the time..it's like in the video... even on restarts

That is slow to POST, you got that right.

I would suspect the power supply first. Can you get your hands on another to test with?

And, crazy as it sounds, you might want to check the 3 volt battery on the motherboard. Some strange things happen when they get weak.

Abnormally slow, even for an Asus board.

I've removed the internal speaker. the problem seams to be solved. but still. I don't want to presume that the speaker is the problem.. I'll be observing for three more days. I'll post the results.

Just curious: Was this a case speaker that you connected to a header on the motherboard?
Or was this an internal speaker on the motherboard?

Yammm takes too long !
Hey, Im having trouble with yammm It takes so long for it to fetch the metadata for a single movie ( i have 210) It usually takes about 45 mins for one movie. I have added it to firewall exception and added it to my kaspersky safe trusted apps I even tried disabling my av all together
