Iogear KVM Model GCS632U & Windows 7 Screen Blackouts

I just bought an Iogear KVM Model GCS632U and have connected it to my Windows 7 (64 bit) machine and my older Win XP machine. Every minute or so, my screen blanks out for about 5 - 10 seconds. It has never done this before (same monitor was hooked up to a different KVM with a Vista box with no issues), and when I connect the monitor back up directly, this does not happen. I cannot dip below 60 Hz with my monitor's settings, and I have tried going as high as 82 with the same results. The same happens on my Win XP machine, though nowhere near as often as on the Windows 7 machine. The Win XP is for my kids, and for all they use it, it doesn't seem to be an issue. Would anyone say that this can be fixed, or should I return the KVM? I just bought it over the weekend from Best Buy. My monitor is a few years old, it's a CRT. My processor is an AMD Phenom II X4 925 processor (2.8 GHz) and my graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 4350. I have 8 GBs ram and a 1 TB hard drive. All drivers are up to date, have tried switching cables on KVM, no changes. Any suggestions, anyone?
