corrupted registry won't recognize anything on my computer

I have a corrupted registry and I can't get into control panel, install a dvd drive, play my itunes. The only thing that works is internet access. I get an error 19 message when i try to install the dvd writer. I ran c cleaner and when I was finished, nothing worked. I can get into safe mode. no recovery media as I cannot get into the control panel.

    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

We need more information, such as:

What makes you say it's the registry that is the problem?

What were you doing to cause this problem?

Are you able to get into Safe Mode?

Do you have any recovery media?
