Antec is generally a good brand. The Neo Eco is made by Seasonic. The Earthwatts is made by Delta. Seasonic and Delta made those 2 PSUs according to specifications supplied by Antec, so you can't really tell which was designed to a higher standard.

The Earthwatts meets the "Bronze" standard for efficiency, so it might save you a dollar or two a year in electricity.

I have heard good things about the Earthwatts line. If I had to flip a coin, I'd probably pick the Earthwatts.

This is also a good unit in that price range:

    Newegg.com - CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 V2 (CMPSU-430CXV2) 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

The Corsair is made by Channel Well, another large contract manufacturer.

I notice that the stated dimensions on the Antec Neo Eco are:

    4.3" x 9.5" x 7.1"

That surely must be an error.

All 3 are within the ATX specifications and designed to fit in standard ATX cases, but it's up to you to confirm they will actually fit in your particular case.

Likewise, confirm that each has the connections you require.

Rebates can be problematic. I wouldn't buy on the basis of any rebate and would assume I would never get the rebate. Of the 3 mentioned, only the Earthwatts has a rebate.

I'd have other recommendations at other price ranges, but in the $50/400 watts area, those are the 3 I would consider.

Well I got the Antec Earthwatts one, but the computer is still acting the same as with the old one, which means I'm going to have to search for a new socket 754 motherboard, which could be tricky.
