Looks like you already chose a motherboard: Asus P8H61-M LE/USB3
The processor and motherboard are compatible.
I don't know about the RAM, not enough info. The Kingston may be fine. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Ignatz Special; 4 speed manual gearbox; factory air conditioning; one of one OS Windows 7 SP1, Home Premium, 64-bit CPU Intel Sandy Bridge i5-2500, not overclocked Motherboard Gigabyte H67A-UD3H-B3, full ATX Memory 4 GB Crucial DDR3-1333 Graphics Card none; graphics are integrated on CPU Sound Card onboard: Realtek ALC892; external: USB Behringer UF0-202 Monitor(s) Displays NEC 90GX2-BK 19" LCD Screen Resolution 800 x 640 Keyboard Leopold Tenkeyless with Cherry Blue switches, USB Mouse Logitech or Microsoft optical wired; either USB or PS 2 PSU Seasonic SS-560KM, modular Case Antec Solo II Cooling CPU: Scythe Big Shuriken; Case: Scythe Slipstream 800 & 500 Hard Drives System: Intel 320 Series SSD, 80 GB;

P 45 = 1$ Processor
Intel Core i5 2400 3.1 Ghz = P 8,500.00 / $ 188.88 Motherboard
P8H61-M LE/USB3 = P 3,700.00 / $82.22 Videocard
Sapphire 1 gig HD5670 DDR5 = P 3,820.00 / $84.888 Hard Disk
Samsung or Western Digital 1TB = P 4,000.00 / $88.88 Memory
Kingstone 4 Gig DDR3 (2 Pcs) = P 1,240.00 / $ 27.5 Monitor
Samsung 21.5 LED = P 7,500.00 / $166.7 Casing
Orient 007 ATX 600 W (Red) = P 1,600.00 / $35.5
Total $674
Well this are the max converted price i put. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit CPU Pentium Dual Core E6500 2.93 Ghz Memory 2 Gig DDR2 Graphics Card ATI Radeon HD 4300 Series Hard Drives 160 Gig |

What about a power supply?
That looks like a pretty good system, if the RAM is compatible. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Ignatz Special; 4 speed manual gearbox; factory air conditioning; one of one OS Windows 7 SP1, Home Premium, 64-bit CPU Intel Sandy Bridge i5-2500, not overclocked Motherboard Gigabyte H67A-UD3H-B3, full ATX Memory 4 GB Crucial DDR3-1333 Graphics Card none; graphics are integrated on CPU Sound Card onboard: Realtek ALC892; external: USB Behringer UF0-202 Monitor(s) Displays NEC 90GX2-BK 19" LCD Screen Resolution 800 x 640 Keyboard Leopold Tenkeyless with Cherry Blue switches, USB Mouse Logitech or Microsoft optical wired; either USB or PS 2 PSU Seasonic SS-560KM, modular Case Antec Solo II Cooling CPU: Scythe Big Shuriken; Case: Scythe Slipstream 800 & 500 Hard Drives System: Intel 320 Series SSD, 80 GB;

Somebody else from the Philippines was asking about a system on this forum a week or so ago.
It seems that the power supplies available through most sources in the Philippines are unknown brands and may not be high quality.
A case and decent power supply in the USA would cost at least 100 dollars.
A decent 600 watt power supply alone would cost at least 70 or 80 dollars.
If you have no choice, I guess you need some good luck. But I would try to get a better power supply if possible. Not more powerful, just better quality.
A case with 600 watt PSU for 35 dollars is probably poor quality, but may work for a while. I'd worry about the PSU more than the case. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Ignatz Special; 4 speed manual gearbox; factory air conditioning; one of one OS Windows 7 SP1, Home Premium, 64-bit CPU Intel Sandy Bridge i5-2500, not overclocked Motherboard Gigabyte H67A-UD3H-B3, full ATX Memory 4 GB Crucial DDR3-1333 Graphics Card none; graphics are integrated on CPU Sound Card onboard: Realtek ALC892; external: USB Behringer UF0-202 Monitor(s) Displays NEC 90GX2-BK 19" LCD Screen Resolution 800 x 640 Keyboard Leopold Tenkeyless with Cherry Blue switches, USB Mouse Logitech or Microsoft optical wired; either USB or PS 2 PSU Seasonic SS-560KM, modular Case Antec Solo II Cooling CPU: Scythe Big Shuriken; Case: Scythe Slipstream 800 & 500 Hard Drives System: Intel 320 Series SSD, 80 GB;

I agree. I would certainly be looking at a good PSU. I would guess that 600W PSU would be lucky to pull off 300-350W under load.
Technically, that build wouldnt need that big of a power supply, if its if good quality. 450-500W or so will be plenty.
Seriously, you do not want to skimp on the PSU.
Might I suggest something like: Antec Neo 520 Antec EarthWatts 500
or Seasonic S12II 520
Antec, Corsair, and Seasonic are probably 3 of the better choices.
But depending on where you will be buying from, you may actually be able to a slightly bigger one cheaper.
None-the-less, a good quality 450W or more is all youll need.
For a case, the Antec 300 is pretty nice and not very expensive either. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom (Self Build) OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit CPU Intel Core i7 2700k (4.5Ghz) Motherboard eVGA P67 SLI Memory 2x4GB Mushkin Redline Ridgebacks (@1866) Graphics Card EVGA GTX570 SuperClocked (1280MB) Sound Card XiFi Titanium HD Monitor(s) Displays LG W2453V Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Saitek Cyborg PSU Seasonic x750 Case Corsair 600T (SE White) Cooling eVGA Superclocked CPU Cooler Hard Drives [OS SSD]Intel 320 (80GB) -- Intel X25-V (40GB) --WD Black (1TB)x2 -- WD Blue (640GB) Other Info LG BD/DVD |

Just like the other members stated above no decent power supply can be had for 35 dollars
The best thing to do is look for a case that you can put your own PSU in it
If your brother is playing mainstream games i would look for a better video card
Im not sure if Tigerdirect.com would ship to where you are but for the amount of $650.00 there are deals to be had you have to look a little harder
I think with the money you have available you could get a little more bang for your buck
you could even go AMD for a little cheaper hardware still would perform well | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Built by me Bulldozer series Generation FX OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit sp1 CPU BullDozer 8120-30p Oc'ed BE 4.5Ghz 1.44 V-core Motherboard MSI 990FXA-GD80 Memory 8 Gigs of Corsair Vengeance Ram 1600mhz-Oc'ed 1760 Mhz Graphics Card Radeon Diamond Hd 6870 1gb Msi Twin frozer Hd6870 1gb X-fire Sound Card THX tru souround sound audio Monitor(s) Displays 22" envision 1050dp hdmi 37in vizio hdmi dual monitors Screen Resolution 1680x1050 22"- 1920x1080 37" Keyboard Logitech wireless keyboard Mouse Logitech wireless mouse PSU AX850w Corsair Gold 80plus certified crosfire/sli Case 2-CoolerMaster Elite 371 Yes same case for 2 different Pc's Cooling Antec 620 Water cooling system and 4 120 mm LED fans Hard Drives Corsair 80 Gb SSD Seagate baracuda 500 Gb WD Mybook 500Gb Internet Speed Cable 20+ mb Other Info I have 2 systems Bulldozer AM3+ 8120-30P Oc'ed 4.5Ghz AM2+ 925 deneb 2.8 to 3.2 Ghz Both stable Both Gaming Rigs Diamond/MSI HD 6870 1Gb X-fire and Diamond HD5770 1Gb Also Hp Notebook 1.65 ghz Dual core amd E-450 8gb Patriot Ram DDR3 Discrete Gpu Hd6320 dedicated ram 1973 mb 15.5 screen Need advice for the Desktop build problems?
