The new case uses the old case's front USB ports array?
Okay , let's try it again

I have recently bought a new PC case which has 2 USB ports at front panel installed in factory.
My power supply and all other parts are same, I just have replaced the case :)

I would be very happy if I could fix this because I'm using a lots of USB devices and i want easy access :)

If its faulty , how can I repair it.Because sometimes are these working and sometimes not.

I'd ask the case manufacturer what they'd think it might be; with a view to having them supply a new array for the front ports. Some port blocks have a PCB within them, I guess a component part of that PCB could be faulty or that there's poor insulation.

As stated earlier, based on the information tendered, it could simply be poor quality cabling to those front ports.

I suppose it's also possible there's a physical defect on the ports array. Most front ports can be unscrewed and are a module that can be replaced independently of changing the entire case.
