| | dwa- 556 D- link pci express adapter problem I have the wireless adapter working fine, well it was working fine. the strength of the connection was only 2 bars for some reason as of late. i have other computers and theyre all fine. so i assume maybe i can fix it by installing the drivers for it. the moment i install it the computer stops recognizing that i even have the wireless card hooked into my mother board! did the driver installation break it? because even it when it was supposedly done installing it claimed that i needed to actually plug the thing in! even though it was working fine a minute ago. ive tried running the program but it wont even acknowledge my clicking. i tried unplugging and plugging the hardware in and that didnt work, i even changed its slots. i dont know what to do short of just reloading windows on it and skipping every using the driver cd. ugh, anyone else with similar problems? |
