Is this motherboard,
Asrock N68C-S UCC AM2+ Micro-ATX Motherboard: Computers & Accessories (<<<Motherboard link)

A. Compatible with this already owned processor? AMD Processors for Desktops: AMD Phenom (<<<Processor link)

B. Compatible with these RAM DDR3 modules? (<<<RAM link)

C. Compatible with this already owned HDD? (<<<HDD link)


Furthermore, would it all fit into THESE CASES --->
(two cases I've considered...)

a) Yes
b) Maybe (not on crucials compatibility list)
c) Yes
d) Yes (but bin the psu, never skimp on psu as if it fails so does your rig)
e) Yes (ditto)
