Use the one that you understand best. They are all confusing to a greenhorn.
If one fails, try another.
Will this work? Boot from CD/DVD first in boot order in bios, and delete all paritions? including the C: and make a new C: for the whole HDD?
Why are you trying to make this even more complicated?
Do you know what you will see when you boot from the DVD? How do you propose to "delete all paritions" from the first screen that you see?
The tutorials are there for a purpose. You might try one of them.
But you can't do anything now. You say you don't have the DVD.

I don't know if you will be able to follow that video.
You may come to a fork in the road and not know which fork to take if the video doesn't exactly match what you see on your screen.
In which case, you start another thread.
The key points are to use "advanced drive options" and delete all available partitions---3 in your case.
But, you can expect to be confused at some point, just as you are now.
I don't recall the exact available choices.
And they may not be obvious in any video or tutorial you may find.
You will have to use your best judgement at that moment.
If you fail with one fork in the road, start over, and take the other fork in the road.
If you have a valid Windows installation disc, you can do it a million times if necessary---however many it takes to get it right.
The only way to learn is to do it--you probably aren't going to get all of your questions answered beforehand.
