hard drive clone error

Hi ,I have 3 hard drives C 160gb/D 1kb /F 500 gb (this drive was also previously cloned approx 1mth ago and works fine) it has masses of MS FSX and add ons ,C is my system drive with all my photo programs etc but is only 160GB and nearly full .So having a 500gb Seagate barracuda spare I decide to clone a new C drive using Seagate disc-wizard to perform the task. I have cloned several discs using this software with no issues ,but this time my system will not run with the drive F connected unplug the F drive and it will run ,with the F drive connected the system just blinks a small cursor top lhs of screen I think its trying to locate win 7 ,I have tried MS disk management but it does not see the disc ,device manager not showing the disc present, strangely it is shown in the bios ,so guys what have I done wrong I still have the orig 160gb which I could put back and start again! but due to a easy build lian li case which aint that easy to build and a damaged spine which makes it hard to bend and lift I'm hoping some body can say do this and you will be up and running ,thanks for reading this and any help will be gratefully received peter
