USB Device Not Showing Up

Greetings, in the past when I plugin a USB device (in this case a Galaxy Tab) it would show up under my Windows Explorer. Now, for some reason it is now showing up, as if the USB device were not plugged in (see screenshot).

However I know it is plugged in; in fact, when I plug it in the 2-tone alert sounds which confirms the USB device is plugged in. It just doesn't show up in Windows Explorer so that I can move a file to it. Does anyone know how to get it to show up?

Have a look in Storage Management. From the picture right click "My Computer/Manage/Storage/Disk Management.

Is it in there? What does it say about the USB device?

When I click on "Manage" I get an error message that "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action."

Try to get in this way:

Control Panel/Admin Tools/Computer Management/Storage/Disk Management.
