Windows 7 - msi cr500 webcam doesnt work

My friend has this msi cr500 laptop. The problem - webcam does not work. There are no drivers available for this device, since, as msi says: "This device uses the native driver bundled in operating system." I have tryed to go to device manager and look for something similar to webcam, but unfortunately, I couldn't find anything, even in "Human interface devices" category...
As my friend sayed, the webcam used to be working, until it took an arrow to the knee. I am just kidding. It used to work, but suddenly - it stopped.

Any thoughts would be helpful and I would be very thankful.
