Mouse Scroll Wheel stops working after installing Windows 7 Driver

I got my computer 2 years ago, within those 2 years my mouse wheel was working fine, but my computer got damaged and I switch my vista to windows 7 (Still using the same computer) and now my mouse wheel just stopped scrolling, I can still click it and drag up and down thought, but i can't scroll.

Can someone help me?

Hello WaterBottle and welcome to Seven Forums.

If you have access to another machine you could try plugging your mouse in and see if it works. If it doesn't the mouse might need replacing.

You could also make sure your mouse has the latest driver. (Although these instructions were originally written for Vista they will also work for Windows 7.)
