I've got a half dozen working, 2003-manufactured Norcents (company now defunct).
I believe they were "Best Buy"s supplier. All are rebadged Lite-On's (LTR-52327S).
I like to have both a cd & dvd drive in my customer's desktops to avoid swap-outs.
So I have these as stock.
I would like to burn the latest Lite-On firmware which dates a year and a half later (Nov-2004), but would like to save one of the existing in case I have to restore.
Any utility out there that would enable me to do this? Lite-On's firmware does not give the option to save, and only burns inside of Windows. Although I can get around that.
