    Printer Installation Problem


    Hello everybody. Hope all of you are fine. I need help of all of you. Suddenly my printer doesn't work. When try to sent a test print then I got a error message. The error message is (test page failed to print. Would you like to view the print troubleshooter for assistance. Operation could not be completed. (error 0x0000000d).
    Then I remove this printer. But I can't reinstall it. When I try to install it, it's say's
    "Unable to install printer.Operation Could not be completed (error 0x000003eb) ".
    My printer name is "HP P2055d". My operating system is Win 7 Ultimate.

    Now please help me, how can I resolved this issue. Thanks.

    Monirul, can we assume that you have downloaded the correct drivers 32/64 for your system?

    If I were you, I would download the latest drivers from HP and making sure that I had removed all the existing
    drivers.

    Here's what I've found out about installing a printer on Windows 7. Disregard what it says on the users manual about installing. Shut down your computer, turn on the power to your printer, plug in the USB cord and then power up your computer. Windows will not only find your printer but will go to the printer manufacture's website and install the latest drivers. It has always worked for me.

    thanks to all, It's working. I format my windows and install another driver from HP. Now it's working.
