Windows 7 - New Printer Epson Stylus SX235W

| | New Printer Epson Stylus SX235W Can anyone advise me please. I have just installed my new Epson Printer and its working fine. However every time I switch my computer on I get a dialogue box which states: "Protocol.DS and underneath - Hardware.ini open error. Please reinstall again." I have removed and reinstalled several times but still get the same message. I have contacted Epson support but they say its due to having a Canon Printer - so I uninstalled that also and began again by uninstalling the Epson. The Canon is no longer installed but the dialogue box continues to come on everytime I reboot. Does anyone know why. |
