Windows 7 - dvd drive resets in very often times

I have notebook HP Probook 4730s with preinstalled Windows 7, the problem is that when I open any mediaplayer or any program that has something to do with dvd drives (Nero burning rom, Daemon tools lite), the dvd drive resets and it makes noise exactly the same as on boot of the computer. It really disturbs me, the issue happens when i open some multimedia (video, etc), it happens, then for few minutes i can open another media, it won't happen, then after a while it's again. I've installed from HP website intel chipset and storage drive drivers, and updated bios Any ideas how to prevent the dvd drive from reseting ?

edit: it also happens when the notebook wakes up from sleeping mode after opening the display tab.
