Sytem shows Twice the amount of cores

I just finished a build with Windows 7 Professional and going into task manager, it shows that I have 8 cores instead of 4.

I have an Intel i7 930 and an EVGA GTX 570HD and even in device manager it shows that I have 10 total cores. Why is this?
