Windows 7 - Bluetooth detected as unknown device in win 7 starter and resists

I have tried to install bluetooth "hama 00049232" on my win 7 starter OEM, and it just won't install. I have tried to install driver software that manufacturer has made for my bluetooth but it just does not detect the bt. Then I tried a solution using windows mobile device center, but when I start the installation it goes to something like 90% and then rolls back like 10 sec, 9 sec, to 0% and then it turns off the installation, of course it is not installed. I do not know why it does that. I've also tried installing BlueSoleil but also without any hope. Since I have tried the BT on other comuter with windows 7 x64 ultimate i works flawlessly with windows drivers.
I also found that there is no legacy driver software at all for any bluetooth device, but on the contrary logitech wireless mouse works perfectly.
So i ask for help, is there anything that i can do so i can install my bluetooth or to cry?
