Windows 7: XBOX 360 HDD Question with Console in Vertical Position!!!

Hi.. i have my XBOX 360 placed vertically right beside my PC as there's not much space to place it horizontal there as well as im using PC ans 360 with the same LCD Monitor. Personally i also like it in Vertical position coz i have easy access to place the disc in + attaching the cables and inserting USB in it. Also in Summer season the ceiling fan spins and throw the air on the floor which travels nicely on the both sides of the console over the floor rather than getting hot on the bottom when placed horizontal. Now lets jump on the real question!!! last year my 360's 60GB HDD died and i recently bought a used 20GB HDD from a guy. The guy had painted his console and the HDD case so when i bought the HDD i decided to change the HDD case with the one i have from 60GB. I replaced the cases successfully but during replacing i noticed that Microsoft put the HDD upside down in the case/enclosure. So it means im using my 360 vertically and the HDD case is on the top which is holding the HDD in upside down position so is it normal to use it in that postion?

Seriously, it will be fine. The HDD doesn't care what orientation it is in.
