Windows 7 - USB Device not recognized

plz see attached file, i have to bear the notification sound continuosly,
i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, updating but still problem not resolved.

Ok so I saw the attached file. Whats the question/problem?

My problem is that while doing work, I suddenly get notification sounds which continue until I uninstalls all usb mas storage drivers.
I have hidden the usb device not recognized icon in the settings in the action center but it sometimes at its own continues to give annoying sounds like tuz tuz tuz....
I have checked by disabling usb drivers but still invain.
I think this unknown device relates to my webcam. Firstly I had windows 7 enterprise 32 bit on vaio sony laptop vgn fz 140 e and its built in motion eye camera worked correctly but due to some reasons, it malfunctioned. I uninstalled and reinstalled vaio camera capture utility from sony website but it did n't work. When I opened vaio camera capture utility, it showed blue screen with NO INPUT.
Then I reinstalled windows 7 and thought this problem would be resolved but it did n't.
I only want to get rid of annoying notification sounds that happen due to unknown device.
If you want to know any thing more, plz let me know.

So the laptop is a sony? You can un-install all of the USB drivers and have win 7 re-install them for you on re-boot.

Obviously it was working at some point then stopped. It is probably just a driver issue.
