I have the same feature on my system. Ram set at 9,9,9,24 @ 1600 and it shows as 6,9,9,9,24 @1600. My system is not OC so don't know what is going on. I have an ASUS MB with UEFI Bios so I assume it is something in the Bios.

I got an Asus MB also just a tad older ^^, kinda weird but since your system is not O.C it would mean it have something to do with the motherboard then, oh well marking this as solved since nothing seem to be wrong and everything runs fine. Maybe send a mail to Asus and ask and see what they have for an answer
